Delivery days are counted after an order is processed. Orders are processed by 11:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time each weekday. All orders received after 11:00 a.m. PST during a week day is processed the next day. All orders received after 11:00 a.m PST on Fridays and during the weekend are processed on Monday. All deliveries are based on weekdays. Weekends are not included. While many of the clothings may be readily available for shipping after receiving an order, depending on the volume of orders received for a particular item, some of the clothing may have to be made by our factory after an order arrives and can add to some delay in delivery. Delay may also be due to the mail delivery service.
E-mail us if your order is not delivered by the due date and we will respond on the status of your order. All questions on orders must include: (1) Full name of the customer, (2) Customer's address with Zip Code, (3) The Order Number from the cutomer's online (e-mail) receipt or order notification.
